Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Accessories: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as battery lanterns, BatteryGuard, and other small accessories cannot be returned.
- Used Items: Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Camp And Explore.
