  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Camp And Explore. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Accessories such as battery lanterns, BatteryGuard, and other small accessories.
  • Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition.

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Camp And Explore.
